Ending Homelessness Starts With One Step
Supporting rough sleepers and families facing eviction across Merseyside, with housing guidance, outreach, and real human care.

What we do
Housing Support & Eviction Prevention
We help individuals and families at risk of homelessness, working with local authorities to secure housing solutions, guiding people through eviction threats, and assisting with applications (e.g. “Property Pool Plus”), bidding for properties, and more.
Outreach for Rough Sleepers
Our outreach team operates across Merseyside several days a week. We respond to referrals, conduct welfare checks (with consent), and liaise with local hostels or authorities to secure temporary accommodation where possible.
Self-Referral & Client Support
If you’re at risk of homelessness or in need, you can self-refer to us. Fill out a referral form one of our dedicated support staff will contact you (within 24 hours) to start support.
Get Help & Partner Referrals
In addition to our internal support services, we also work with partner organisations to offer additional assistance for people experiencing homelessness.
Volunteer & Community Involvement
We welcome compassionate volunteers who want to make a real difference, whether through outreach, helping with resources, offering support or simply lending a listening ear. Every contribution helps toward building a brighter future.
